What you leave with

A sequence of six to nine visual sheets, a spoken line of about four minutes written in the executive’s own vocabulary, and one rehearsal in the story room or in the client’s boardroom.

Where it happens

The story room at 78/9 Nawamin Road, Nua Khlong Kum, Bueng Kum, Bangkok 10230, or your boardroom in Bangkok for the rehearsal. The opening conversation can be by video if you are outside the city.

Included

• A written order: what the room sees first, what it compares, and what stays in the appendix
• Six to nine sheets on large cream paper, plus a PDF set the same day

Outside this commission

• Producing the underlying accounts, audit, or forecast
• Sitting in the board meeting itself unless that attendance is quoted separately
• A second meeting, a second quarter, or a second audience in the same fee
• Translation of the full sequence into a third language
• Any change to the client’s internal reporting habit after the sitting date

How the days go

1. Name the room

   We ask who will be seated, how long they will stay, and what decision, if any, the sitting is meant to leave behind. A room that is only being informed is prepared differently from a room that must approve a spend.

2. Receive the pack

   You send the figures you already trust: the board pack, the management accounts, or the family-office note. We do not rebuild them. If a number you want spoken is missing, we stop and ask for it.

3. Agree the order

   Before ink, we send a one-page order: the first comparison, the middle turn, and the line you will say last. You mark what must not be said in the room. The sheets follow that page.

4. Draw the sequence

   Arthit draws draft sheets. Each sheet carries one comparison. Titles are short enough to be spoken. Anything that would need a footnote goes to the appendix sheet, which is not stood up.

5. Write the spoken line

   Kanya writes the sentences you will actually say, in the words you used in the opening conversation. The sheets support those sentences. They are not a script to be read from the wall.

6. Rehearse and leave

   You speak the line once in the story room or in your own boardroom in Bangkok. We adjust one pass of the line. Printed sheets can be collected here or sent with you the same afternoon.

Before you write

Tell us the sitting date, who will be in the room, and whether a decision is expected. Send the pack you would have used anyway. You do not need to redesign it first. If a figure is still moving, say which one, so we do not ink it as settled.

Limits

We take one Board Narrative Sitting at a time for a given room. We decline work when the pack is still being invented, when the sitting is less than eight working days away, or when the request is to make a weak quarter look ordinary. The spoken line is prepared in English. A Thai gloss of the sheet titles can be quoted alongside the sitting if you need both languages in the room.

How the fee is set

The fee starts at 186,000 THB for one sitting, one pack, and a sequence of six to nine sheets, once the pack is in hand. A pack that arrives in several conflicting versions is quoted as extra reading time before the sitting fee is confirmed. A rehearsal outside Bangkok is billed at travel cost. A deposit of forty percent opens the work. The balance is due the day before the rehearsal.
