What a sitting costs
Prices below are starting points in THB. A Board Narrative Sitting and a Season Review Narrative are confirmed only after we have seen the pack. The Witness Hour has a set fee because the deliverable is the hour itself.
| Sitting | Basis | Opens with |
|---|---|---|
| Board Narrative Sitting | From 186,000 THB for one room, one pack, six to nine sheets, and one rehearsal | Forty percent deposit |
| Season Review Narrative | From 92,000 THB for one season and one room | Forty percent deposit |
| Witness Hour | 14,500 THB at the Nawamin rooms; add 3,500 THB to hold the hour in your Bangkok boardroom | Paid in full to reserve the chair |
What moves a quote
- A pack that arrives as several conflicting versions, which we read before the sitting fee is fixed
- Sheet titles in both English and Thai
- A second rehearsal, or a rehearsal outside Bangkok
- A second audience for the same season, such as a family meeting after the board
- More than nine sheets on a Board Narrative Sitting
We do not publish a menu of monthly retainers. A later season is a new Season Review Narrative, often quieter to prepare if the comparisons from last time still hold, and still quoted on its own.
When money changes hands
For the two longer sittings, the deposit is invoiced when we agree the order of the sequence. The balance is due the day before the rehearsal, or, for a Season Review Narrative, the day the final sheets are released. The Witness Hour is paid when the time is reserved. Refunds, no-shows, and work already drawn are set out on the refund page.
Fees are informational until a written note from us names the sitting, the date, and the amount. Writing through the form does not create that note.
