Board Narrative Sitting
Twelve working days. One pack. Six to nine sheets and a spoken line of about four minutes, then a rehearsal in the story room or in your boardroom in Bangkok. The fee starts at 186,000 THB once the pack is in hand.
A room we still think about
The cousins and the thin harvest
A family that holds rice mills along the Chao Phraya asked us to prepare the harvest sitting after a poor year. Their accountant’s charts had lifted the axis, so the drop looked like a step. We drew both years from the same baseline, on two sheets side by side, and Kanya wrote three sentences: the yield was down, the rain in the weeks that matter was down, and the mills were not going to invent a cost story to cover the weather.
The cousins argued about irrigation and a lease. They did not argue about the drawing. The finance cousin later said he had wanted the sheet to be kinder. We left the scale alone. That sitting is written up more fully in the notes.

The first sheet is a sentence, not a summary
A board remembers the first thing it is shown. That sheet should be a comparison the room can repeat, not a reduced copy of every table in the pack.
