Lucid Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. is the data controller for personal information collected through this website and through a sitting. The company was established in 2015. What we collect

From the inquiry form we collect your name, email address, the sitting you select, a preferred date if you give one, the place you prefer for a rehearsal, and the message you write. If you later commission a sitting, we also hold the pack you send, correspondence about it, invoices, and payment records. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, health information, or account passwords through the form.

Why we hold it

We use inquiry details to reply and to decide whether a sitting fits the date. We use a pack only to prepare the sitting you commissioned. We use invoices and payment records to meet Thai accounting duties. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and legal obligation for tax records. Where we keep a short note of a declined inquiry, we rely on our legitimate interest in knowing why the work was not taken, and you may object.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are deleted or reduced to a one-line record within twelve months. A commissioned sitting’s correspondence and pack are kept for the sitting and for twenty-four months after the sheets are delivered, unless you ask us to delete the pack sooner and no legal duty requires us to keep it. Accounting records are kept for the period Thai revenue law requires, which is longer.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand you may ask to access the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it where we are not obliged to keep it, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a portable form where that applies. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee. To use a right, write to hello@lucidripple.click. We may need to confirm that the request comes from you. We aim to answer within thirty days.

International transfers

Our rooms and our records are in Thailand. Email you send us may pass through servers outside Thailand, depending on your provider and ours. Typefaces on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google and your IP address may be processed outside Thailand. We do not sell personal information. We do not send your pack to a subcontractor outside the company. If a future transfer of a pack outside Thailand became necessary, we would tell you before it happened and rely on a lawful mechanism under the PDPA.
