Refunds and cancellations

These terms apply to a Board Narrative Sitting, a Season Review Narrative, and a Witness Hour commissioned from Lucid Ripple Analytics Co., Ltd. They do not describe goods, shipping, or a subscription, because the practice does not sell those. Write to hello@lucidripple.click or call (02-510-4432) to start a refund request. Deposits and reservation fees

A Board Narrative Sitting and a Season Review Narrative open with a deposit of forty percent of the confirmed fee. A Witness Hour is paid in full when the chair is reserved. The Witness Hour fee is not a credit against a later sitting.

If you cancel

If you cancel a Board Narrative Sitting or a Season Review Narrative before any draft sheet has been started, we return the amounts you have paid, minus a scheduling hold of 4,000 THB when the cancellation reaches us fewer than three working days before a booked opening conversation. If no opening conversation was booked, the hold is not charged.

If you cancel a Witness Hour at least three working days before the hour, we return the fee in full. Inside three working days, the fee is kept, because the chair was held and the hour cannot be refilled reliably.

If we cancel

If we decline the work after seeing the pack, or if we cannot keep the date for a reason on our side, we return everything you have paid for that sitting, including any scheduling hold.

Work already started

Once draft sheets have been started, the deposit is retained. Any balance you have already paid beyond the deposit, and beyond the cost of paper and ink bought for your sequence that we cannot reuse, is returned. After the rehearsal has taken place, or after final sheets have been released for a Season Review Narrative, the sitting fee is not refunded. One correction of the spoken line within five days after the rehearsal is part of the sitting, not a new charge, and it is not a reason for a refund.

Materials

Paper, ink, and binding bought for your sequence are deducted at cost from a refund only when they have already been purchased and cannot be used for another sitting. We do not bill a materials charge if the work never reached the drawing table.

Rescheduling

Each longer sitting includes one reschedule if you tell us at least five working days before the rehearsal or the release date. A second move, or a move with less notice, may keep the original date as used and require a new fee for the new date. A Witness Hour can be moved once with at least three working days’ notice. A no-show at a Witness Hour, or at an opening conversation with no notice, is treated as a cancellation inside the short window: the Witness Hour fee or the scheduling hold is kept, and a new hour is quoted if you still want one.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer in Thai baht to the account that paid us, within fourteen working days after we confirm the amount in writing. If a company paid, we refund that company. We do not refund to a third party.

Partial and full refunds

A full refund means every amount paid for that sitting, and it applies when we cancel, or when you cancel before work starts and outside the short-notice hold. A partial refund means the deposit stays with us, materials already bought are deducted at cost, and the rest of what you paid comes back. No refund applies after the rehearsal or after final release, as stated above.
