Kanya Rattanapong had already been doing the work for a year, inside a family office in Min Buri. From 2008 to 2014 she turned a monthly pack into the few sentences the principal would say at the table. In 2014 a rice-mill group asked her to prepare their board sitting as an outside commission: harvest figures, told in the order the directors could follow. She took rooms, then registered the company the next year under the name it still uses.
In 2018 the practice moved to the present address on Nawamin Road, in Nua Khlong Kum, Bueng Kum. The rooms are quiet, velvet, and large enough for a sequence of sheets to be stood in a line. The work did not change with the address. One executive. One sitting. One order of figures. A line that can be spoken without reading the paper aloud.
We stay in Bangkok on purpose. Most rehearsals are either here or in a boardroom we can reach in a morning. Clients outside the city open the work by video and collect the printed sheets, or they send someone from the secretariat.
Principal, spoken line

Sequence draughtsman
Arthit draws the order of the sheets: what is stood up, what is compared, and what stays flat on the table. He joined in 2017 after drawing exhibition graphics for a small press in Wang Thonglang.
Rehearsal and calendar
Pimchanok keeps the sitting date, the rehearsal hour, and the clean copy of the spoken line. She came from a bilingual secretariat at a hospital group in Bang Khen in 2019.
The pack remains the client’s. We do not publish it, and we do not fold one client’s comparisons into another client’s sheets. If a number is missing, we ask. If two versions disagree, we stop until the executive tells us which one will be said in the room.
We will not draw a weak season on a kinder scale than a strong one. That refusal is the reason some inquiries end at the first conversation, and it is written into the way the sittings are scoped.
